Ms. Kayla Beth is a lifetime resident of Carroll County, Tennessee, and was the 2012 Salutatorian of West Carroll High School. Ms. Foster continued her education at Bethel University in McKenzie, TN, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree (Biology) in 2015. During her time at Bethel, Kayla Beth was also part of the University’s dance team. Upon completing her education at Bethel University, Kayla Beth was accepted into the Occupational Therapy Doctoral program at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Ms. Foster received her Occupational Therapy Doctorate in 2019.

Our goal at Weakley County Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is to be a positive partner to the elderly population of Weakley County. We provide a full range of rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to the residents of Weakley and surrounding Counties. We also offer these services in an outpatient setting allowing us to be a supportive partner in your loved one’s healthcare journey as they age in our community.
